Purchased two of these - does not ever pair with apple home if you have home pods 2nd gen or Apple TV latest version 128gb on iOS 17 or iOS 18. Not sure why Aqara markets it as supporting Apple Home, it clearly does not. Pairs and works well with amazon Alexa Echo only. Cannot say much about other platforms, but quick attempt to link to Google Home through matter code which Alexa app generates also did not lead to success.

@@andrezachary7951I have two of them with the latest updates, everything configured, spent days, and it still has a lot of ghost. Chinese manufacturers should just ship hardware and have it unlocked to flash custom firmware.

You can still use your key as normal. As for your phone stolen, someone would have to know where you live, and then drive or walk to your house to use it. 😂

How are the different areas eliminated? Pressing the reset button for 10 seconds does not work for me. I think this is how it should be reset but it does not eliminate the different zones. Thank you
After 2 days of trying I got it to work but the configuration was not correct, I have several zones (6) that indicate the same area because I do not know how to delete those zones. No I understand the edges, there is no manual or example. That's why I would like to delete all zones and reinstall
